Redesigned Report Edit Page
The Edit Reports page and Schedule modal now have a modern look, plus several changes that make a report easier to build and manage:
A standalone Save button, so saving your work is always one click away.
While viewing a report, you can now edit the report name when you click the new Edit link next to the report name.
A new More menu opens the new Report Details modal and gives you quick access to Export, Schedule, and Delete.
You can now search your report results, so you find what you're looking for faster.
The report type, created date, and creator now appear after the report title.
The new Back to Reports button takes you back to your reports list.
Filters
Filters are easier to read and organize:
Filter categories collapse and expand, so you can focus on the filters you're working with.
When you hover over a complex filter, such as the Has Specific Transactions filter and others, a tooltip now appears that shows the full details of that filter.
You can move a filter in two ways: drag it between Include and Exclude or between And and Or, or choose Include or Exclude from a drop-down list while you edit the filter.
The new filters count shows you how many filters your report includes. You can also click the filters count to hide the filters so you can see more of your report results while you work.
Columns
Managing columns is simpler:
Click the new Columns button to open the new Manage Columns modal, where you can add, move, and remove columns in one place.
On the Manage Columns modal, column categories collapse and expand, so longer lists are easier to browse.
Click a column to open the new Configure Column modal, where you can change column settings and add or remove a grouping.
When you hover over a column name, the new More Options menu (three vertical dots) gives you quick access to column management options: sort order, column configuration, copy, and delete.
Additional Report Export Formats
Sometimes you need a spreadsheet to work in, and sometimes you need something ready to share or print. Now you can pick the format that fits.
When you export a report, either from the Reports page or while you're editing one, you can now have two additional options: CSV and PDF.
When you export, the new Export Report modal opens instead of sending you to a separate download page.
You can close the Export Report window while your export finishes. Your most recent export stays available to download from that modal for 24 hours.

Features and Enhancements ✨
Intelligent Giving Platform
The Intelligent Giving Platform, powered by Dataro, brings predictive intelligence and on-demand research onto the constituent profile. You can use this intelligence to decide who to contact, what to ask for, and how to prepare without leaving the constituent record.
A new Donor Intelligence section on the Summary tab shows model-driven scores and a recommended ask amount, each paired with a suggested next step.
A new Prospect AI tab gives you an on-demand research profile for a constituent, covering capacity, giving history, professional background, and more.
With one click, turn insight into action. You can generate a prewritten email or assign a task from a donor intelligence recommendation or the research report.
The Intelligent Giving Platform also brings a new Data Health Hub to your data tools to centralize your data cleaning efforts and help you keep your donor data clean with less manual work.
The Data Health Hub offers more robust duplicate constituent detection that includes expanded matching rules, clear reasoning for flagged constituent pairs, proactive warnings about how merges will affect your data, and a record of resolved constituent pairs.
Fix formatting inconsistencies in your constituents' names from one place, so your constituents' names look the same anywhere they appear in your data and tools. Review suggestions from our Data Health Agent and accept, edit, or dismiss them.
After you upgrade, allow some time for Bloomerang to scan your existing data before results appear in the hub.
Redesigned Constituent Summary
The constituent Summary tab has a fresh, modern look that helps you understand a donor's giving story at a glance. It's a visual refresh, so your data, your figures, and your workflows stay the same. A few items moved. Learn more.
Bloomerang is rolling out the new look in stages. Organizations with the Intelligent Giving Platform get it automatically. To opt in, go to any constituent profile and click Opt In Now. The change can take up to a week to appear.
Redesigned Reports Page
On the redesigned and reorganized Reports page, managing reports is now easier:
To create a new folder, you now click the new Folder drop-down list and select New Folder.
To view reports by folder, you now click the new Folder drop-down list and select a folder.
To filter reports by status (Active, Inactive, and Scheduled), you now click the new drop-down list for statuses.
You can now read, add, or edit a report description without opening the report. In the Reports list, hover over the new icon next to a report and the description appears. To add or edit a description this way, you must be an admin or a standard user with permission to edit reports.
The Action drop-down menu is now named Actions.
If you increase the number of report rows on the page, the window now expands to include all of those reports so you don't have to scroll within a small window.
The report list has a refreshed, modern design.
Other report-related updates:
Conversational reporting now includes the columns and filters for your custom fields.

Features and Enhancements ✨
To make the Integrations page clearer, native Bloomerang Giving Platform products are now separate from third-party integrations:
The Bloomerang CRM connection settings now appear on the new Platform Settings page instead of the Integrations page, as it is a Bloomerang Giving Platform connection. For easier navigation, the page is organized into sections for Sync Controls, Sibling Organizations, Activity Logs, and Authorization.
A new Verified First tile gives you a quick way to learn more about background checks for your volunteers in Bloomerang Learning.
You can now personalize your dashboard to keep your most important information right where you need it:
On your Home page, move a dashboard tile to a new location, hide a tile you don't use, and show hidden tiles again whenever you want.

Features and Enhancements ✨
Constituent timeline filtering
When you view constituent timelines, you can now filter out mass emails. Click Interactions (No Mass Emails) instead of Interactions to highlight more unique, high-value interactions with your constituents.
Journey Automation: Create journeys for prospective donors
You can now create cultivation journeys that guide prospective donors toward their first gift:
When you create an automation, you can now select the new Prospective Donors entry source.
Members of the Prospective group automatically enter the Prospective Donors automation if they are added to that group on or after the date you select. Bloomerang CRM automatically adds prospective donors to the dynamic Prospective group.
If a prospect donates, they and all of their household members automatically exit this automation.
To help you get started, a draft Prospective Donors automation appears that you can customize and publish. This example draft has a template guide based on best practices. Follow the guide or set up the automation how you'd like.
Journey Automation: Automatically end an active donation journey when a new one is triggered
Journey Automation now makes sure your constituents are always in the appropriate automation for their donor lifecycle stage:
If a donor gives again before completing a donation automation, the donor now exits that automation and qualifies to enter a new one.
If this donor makes a different type of donation, they exit their current automation and enter a different type of donation automation, unless you don't have that type of donation automation set up.
If this donor makes the same type of donation, they exit their current automation and enter the same type of automation, but start over at the first step.
If you merge duplicate accounts, and one of the accounts was in an automation, Bloomerang CRM determines whether the constituent still qualifies to be in that automation.
If you merge a constituent within the First Ever Donation automation with a constituent who has previously donated, the constituent exits the First Ever Donation automation.
If you merge two current donors who are in the same type of donation automation (same entry source), the constituent remains within the automation they've been in the longest.
If you merge two current donors who are in different types of donation automations (different entry sources), the constituent remains within the automation they've been in for the shortest amount of time.

Features and Enhancements ✨
Journey Automation has several enhancements.
More example drafts
To help you get started, example draft automations now appear that you can customize and publish:
Group Campaign and Cultivation Journey
New Member Onboarding Journey
Happy Birthday Celebration
Donorversary Celebration
Each example draft appears only if your organization has never created an automation using that entry source (Select a Group, Initial Membership Payment, Happy Birthday, or Donor Anniversary).
Example drafts for birthdays and celebrations have an example template guide that is based on best practices. You can follow the guide or set up the automation how you'd like.
Sync static group members
You can now create automations that automatically sync members of a static group while the automation is running.
When you create a new group-based automation, you can now select this option: Automatically enter and exit constituents based on group membership.
When this option is on:
After the automation starts, a constituent you add to the static group automatically enters the automation. A constituent you remove from the group automatically exits the automation.
If you pause the automation, constituents can queue to enter the automation. When you republish the automation, constituents enter the automation if they still qualify to do so.
This option is on by default for new group-based automations that you create on or after January 8, 2026, but you can turn it off.
In existing group-based automations that you created before January 8, 2026, this option is off.
