Edit a report anytime to update what it shows or how it's organized. The fastest way to edit a report in Bloomerang CRM is to describe your changes with conversational reporting. You can also edit a report manually.
Requirements
To edit a report, you have an administrator account or a standard user account with permission to edit reports.
Edit Reports with Conversational Reporting
Describe how you want to change a report in your own words. Bloomerang CRM updates the filters, columns, calculated columns, sort order, and groupings for you.

Tip: If you use conversational reporting to edit a report, you can still manually change the filters, columns, groupings, and sort order at any time.
To edit a report with conversational reporting:
Click Reports.
To find the report:
If you organized your reports in folders, click the folder name.

If you don't use report folders, but you have many reports, enter one or more words from the report name in the Search Reports text box.

Click the name of the report you want to edit.
In the How You'd Like to Adjust This Report text box, describe how you want to change the report. Bloomerang CRM can add, edit, or remove filters, columns, calculated columns, groupings, and the sort order for you. Examples:
“Only include constituents who gave more than $500 last year.”
“Add a column for each constituent's email address.”
“Group the report by campaign and sort by the total amount given, highest to lowest.”

Click Refine Report. Bloomerang CRM updates the report based on your description.
Review the report to make sure it's built the way you want. Review the filters, columns, sort order, and groupings. To view the settings for a filter, click the filter.
(Optional) To make more changes, repeat steps 4 and 5.
On the Details tab, update any of these as needed:
Name: Rename the report.
Description: Update the description.
Folder: Select a different folder.
To save the report, click Save And and one of these options:
Keep Editing: Save the report and keep working.
Export to Excel: Save the report and download a spreadsheet.
Schedule Report: Schedule the report to automatically email once, daily, weekly, or monthly.
Go to Report List: Save the report and go to the Reports list.
Edit Reports Manually
To manually edit a report:
Click Reports.
To find the report:
If you organized your reports in folders, click the folder name.
If you don't use report folders, but you have many reports, enter one or more words from the report name in the Search Reports text box.
Click the name of the report you want to edit.
To change the report data, you can do any of the following:
To add a filter, in the Include or Exclude sections, click And or Or.
To edit a filter, click the filter and select different settings.

To remove a filter, click the X icon in the filter name.

To change how the report results appear, you can do any of the following:
To add a column, click Add Column.
To edit a column, click it and select different settings.
To remove a column, click it and then click Delete.
To change the sort order of your report results, click the up or down arrow in the column name.
To add a column grouping, click the column and then click Group By This Column.
To edit a column grouping, click the column and then click Group By This Column.
To remove the column grouping, click the first column, which is light gray in color, and then click Remove This Grouping.

On the Details tab, update any of these as needed:
