If you have Admin permission, you can view, add, edit, deactivate, and delete users.
Add as many users as you need for the different people who access Bloomerang CRM. There is no limit to the number of users you can have in Bloomerang CRM, so create a separate user account for each person.

Click Settings.
Click Users.
To view a user's account, click the name. You can also click the down arrow and then click Edit.
Add Users
When you add a new user, keep in mind the following:
Each username must be unique across all of Bloomerang CRM.
The username can consist of letters and numbers with no spaces.
The username cannot be an email address.
If you would like to include any symbols, only the following can be used: [ @ ^ $ . ! \` - # + ' ~ _ ].
You must use a unique email address for each user.
You can use the same email address in different Bloomerang CRM organizations. For example, if you are a consultant who works for multiple organizations, you can use the same email address for an account in each organization that you connect to.
To add a new user:
Click Settings.
Click Users.
Click New.
Enter the Name.
Enter the Username.
Enter the Email address. Bloomerang CRM sends an email to this address so the user can set their own password.
Enter the Time Zone.
Timestamps, scheduled emails, and scheduled reports are displayed in this time zone.(Optional) Enter the Phone number.
In the Permissions section, select the permissions for this user:
Admin: An administrative user with all permissions.
Standard: A user with limited permissions. Administrators can edit several permissions for standard users. For information about each permission, view User Permissions.
Select the task notification preference. The default option is Send emails when Tasks are assigned or updated. If you keep this option selected, Bloomerang CRM emails the user when:
They are assigned a new task
When an assigned task is updated
When an assigned task is overdue

Edit Users
To edit your own user account:
Click your profile icon

Note: Your profile icon shows the first letter of the account name, not your username.Select My Profile.
To edit another user:
Edit the name, username, email, time zone, or phone. You can also:
Edit Passwords
To edit a user's password:
Click Actions.
Click Change Password.
If this is your own account, type in your new password and click Save.
If this is another user's account, click Send Email. The user receives an email with a link to reset her password.
Edit Email Addresses
To edit a user's email address:
Click Actions.
Click Change Email Address.
Type in the new email address and click Send Email.
The user gets a notification email at their old email address and a verification email at their new email address. The user must click the link inside the verification email and sign into Bloomerang CRM to finish changing the email address.
Resend Validation Emails or Cancel Pending Email Address Changes
To resend a validation email or to cancel an email address change:
Click Resend Validation Email.
To cancel the email address change after sending a validation email, click Cancel.
Edit Permissions
To edit the permissions for a user:
In the Permissions section, select a user type: Admin or Standard.
If you change an Admin user to a Standard user, additional permissions appear.
If you are setting a user’s permission level to Standard, additional permissions options will appear. For information about each permission, view User Permissions.
Edit Task Notification Preferences
As a best practice, we recommend that you let users manage their own task notification preference. However, you can edit this setting for a user.
To edit a user's task notification preference:
Select or clear Send emails when Tasks are assigned or updated.
Click Save.

Deactivate User Accounts
If you deactivate a user, they cannot sign in to Bloomerang CRM. You cannot deactivate your own user account, but another user can deactivate it.
To deactivate a user account:
Clear the Active checkbox.
Click Save.
If the user has active tasks, is a Benevon team leader, or is a relationship manager, select a user to reassign the items to.
Click Reassign.
Tip: If you deactivate a user who has active tasks, select a user to reassign the tasks to.
Delete User Accounts
You can permanently delete a user account.
Warning: Deleting an account cannot be undone. To add the user again, you must create a new account for the user.
Click Delete.
If the user has active tasks, is a Benevon team leader, or is a relationship manager, select a user to reassign the items to.
Click Reassign and Delete User or Yes.
