On the Home page, your dashboard includes a Totals by Level tile. On this tile, you can:
Change the financial view: Toggle the view between Revenue or Raised to match your organization’s reporting requirements.
View transaction metrics: Understand your donation volume so you can quickly track performance without setting up reports.
View giving level metrics: View the distribution of donations of various sizes over the fiscal year. This graph shows the total amount of individual donations within each giving level, not totals for donors within each giving level. For example, if a major donor makes a mid-level donation, that transaction is part of the Mid total on this graph.
Track Your Fundraising Progress
To track your fundraising progress:
Click Home.
Go to the Totals by Level tile.
To change your financial view, click one of these tabs:
Revenue — Money you actually received donation payments, pledge payments, recurring donation payments, and membership payments. Read more about revenue.
Raised — Money you actually received from donation payments, recurring donation payments, and membership payments, plus the total value of any pledge made but not necessarily paid. Read more about raised money.
To track real-time fundraising, view these metrics:
This Week — Total amount, count, and average for transactions this week. For a report that lists this week’s transactions, click the total amount.
This Month — Total amount, count, and average for transactions this month. For a report that lists this month’s transactions, click the total amount.
This Fiscal Year — Total amount, count, and average for transactions this fiscal year. For a report that lists this year’s transactions, click the total amount.
To track real-time totals for individual donations within each giving level (not totals for donors within each giving level):
For a quick view of this year’s total, hover over the General, Mid, or Major bar in the chart.
For detailed metrics, click the General, Mid, or Major bar. The weekly, monthly, and yearly metrics now show data for only that giving level. To return to viewing data for all giving levels, click the giving level you selected.
Update the Totals by Level
Data on the Home page, including data on the Totals by Level tile, automatically updates each night.
To immediately update data on the Home page:
Click Home.
Click Update. All data on the Home page updates, including data on the Totals by Level tile.
