Assign, View, Reassign, and Remove Relationship Managers

Updated this week

When you go to a constituent’s account, you can quickly view the relationship manager if one is assigned. You can also assign, reassign, or remove a relationship manager for that constituent. You can assign a relationship manager to individuals and organizations, but not households.

To save time, you can automatically assign a relationship manager by creating one or more automations. For example, create a donation automation, filtered by amount, to acknowledge major donors and assign them a relationship manager.

This article explains how to view, assign, reassign, or remove a relationship manager. To learn how relationship management works, read About Relationship Managers.

In this article:

Before You Begin

Make sure a Bloomerang CRM user account exists for each person who you plan to assign as a relationship manager. For example, add new Bloomerang users for board members who are also relationship managers.

  2. In the Relationship Manager section, click Remove.
