Every constituent profile in Bloomerang CRM starts with a Summary page, so you can see at a glance how someone connects with your organization.
Donor Intelligence
If the Intelligent Giving Platform is part of your subscription, the Donor Intelligence section appears on the Summary page.
In the Donor Intelligence section, you'll find:
Real-time, predictive donor intelligence scores.
Recommended actions based on donor intelligence. To capture a recommendation right away, you can click to take action.

Giving Summary
In the Giving Summary section, view a graph of the constituent's donation levels over the past ten years.
Note: The Giving Summary covers money the constituent gave or was soft credited for. Money the constituent helped raise for your organization is tracked separately in the Fundraising Activity section, and it does not appear under the Revenue, Raised, or Soft Credits filters.

To select which type of transactions to show on the graph, click one or more filters:
Revenue
Raised
Soft Credits
If you deselect Soft Credits, the raised transactions appear as a solid blue line. The graph automatically updates to show the type of transactions you selected.
To show the soft credit and revenue totals for a specific year, hover over that year on the graph.
Giving Summary Metrics
Metrics appear after the graph to give you at-a-glance information:
First Transaction (amount and date)
Latest Transaction (amount and date)
Largest Transaction (amount and date)
For each transaction type, click the link to go to that particular transaction.
These metrics also include lifetime and average amounts for the type of transaction filters you selected:
If you select the Revenue filter, Lifetime Revenue and Average Revenue also appear
If you select the Raised filter, Lifetime Raised and Average Raised also appear
If you select the Soft Credits filter, Lifetime Soft Credits and Soft Credits also appear
Engagement Level
The Engagement Level gives you an overall measurement of a constituent's current level of engagement with your organization. The score itself factors in giving history, membership, interactions with your organization, volunteer activity, and event attendance. You can use the engagement level as a measurement of a donor's overall interest in and commitment to your organization. The levels include Cold, Cool, Warm, Hot, and On Fire.

Generosity Score
The Generosity score shows the overall DonorSearch rating for this constituent. This unique score takes into account a wide array of information, such as wealth markers, real estate holdings, and philanthropic history, to deliver a quality indicator of potential giving. The scores are Cold, Cool, Warm, Hot, and On Fire.

Fundraising Activity
The Fundraising Activity section totals the gifts this constituent raised for your organization from other donors. The section is view-only, and it appears only for constituents who have fundraising activity. If a constituent has never been listed as a fundraiser on a transaction, the section does not appear on their Summary page.
The section shows four figures:
Lifetime Fundraised: The total amount this constituent has raised, for all time.
This Year: The total amount this constituent has raised since January 1 of the current calendar year.
Gifts Fundraised: The number of gifts this constituent has raised.
Top Fundraised Gift: The amount of the single largest gift this constituent has raised, followed by the month and year of that gift.
These figures match the Fundraised entries on the constituent's Timeline page. To view the individual gifts behind them, read About the Constituent Timeline and Track Fundraised Donations.
The Fundraising Activity section appears on these constituent types:
Individual and organization-type constituents: When the constituent is listed as a fundraiser on at least one transaction.
Households: When one or more household members is listed as a fundraiser on at least one transaction. Amounts total across household members.
This section does not appear on user accounts, even when that user is listed as a fundraiser on a transaction, because user accounts do not have constituent profiles in Bloomerang CRM.
Note: Fundraised amounts are not included in constituent giving totals. They do not affect the Giving Summary, constituent giving levels, or giving-based timeline highlights. To understand how Bloomerang CRM categorizes these amounts, read About Raised and Revenue Amounts.
Recent Activity
The Recent Activity section shows the most recent entries on the constituent's timeline. To view all activities for this constituent, click View Full Timeline. 
Relationships
The Relationships section shows all of the constituent's relationships. Click a relationship to view the account for that constituent.
