The constituent Summary tab has a fresh, modern look that helps you understand a donor's giving story at a glance. Everything you rely on is still here, including all your data and existing features. The same information is now organized better, so you can find what you need faster.

Donor Snapshot (New)
The new Donor Snapshot brings together key facts about the constituent, including:
Donor Type
Giving Level
Giving Capacity: Amount range from Dataro, if it’s available. This field appears only if you have the Intelligent Giving Platform.
Average Gift: Average donation for this constituent in Bloomerang CRM
Largest Gift: Largest donation for this constituent in Bloomerang CRM
Giving Trend, based on transactions in Bloomerang CRM:
Growing: Current fiscal year total ≥10% higher than prior fiscal year
Stable: Change between -10% and +10%
Downgraded: Current fiscal year total ≥10% lower than prior fiscal year
Recurring: Recurring donation frequency and amount, if the donor has a recurring schedule in Bloomerang CRM
Last Activity: The most recent note, task, donation, refund, soft credit, or interaction on the constituent record
Address: Constituent's primary address

Improved Constituent Header
Streamlined header. The constituent header now includes only key facts: Constituent ID, email address, phone number, and city. The relationship manager and household now appear in the Relationships section of the Summary tab.
Quicker edit access. Quickly edit the constituent account when you click the new Edit button in the header.
Clearer navigation. The button you use to create donations, relationships, tasks, interactions, and notes now has a label: New.

Reorganized Timeline
The constituent timeline is now organized to help you better understand and search a constituent’s history with your organization.

Shows redesigned activity and year filters at the start of the timeline
Organizes activity by month
Includes a text label for each activity that defines the activity type (donation, email, interaction, event)
Uses a more visually descriptive icon for each activity type

Intelligent Giving Platform: Donor Intelligence and Prospect AI
If you add the Intelligent Giving Platform to your subscription, donor intelligence and research information appears in constituent profiles:
On the Summary tab, Donor Intelligence appears first, showing you predictions, recommendations, and quick actions (drafting an email and creating a task) for the constituent.

On the Prospect AI tab, you can enrich the constituent’s profile with an on-demand research report based on publicly available sources.

What's Not Changing
Your data and your workflows stay the same. The updated Summary tab is a visual refresh, so it doesn’t remove any information or change how you add or edit records. The figures in the Giving Summary, timeline entries, and the actions you take from a constituent's profile all work the way they do today.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will I see the new look?
Bloomerang is rolling out the redesigned Summary tab to organizations in stages, so you might see it before or after another organization does. Organizations with the Intelligent Giving Platform receive the updated look automatically.
If you don’t already see these changes, you can opt in. Go to any constituent account, and on the Summary tab, click Opt In Now. After you opt in, the change can take up to a week to appear.
Will I lose any data or features?
No. This update is a visual refresh of the Summary tab. Your data and features stay the same. A few items have moved to a new location.
Will the other tabs change too?
Yes. The Summary tab is first. The Profile, Timeline, and Relationships tabs will get a refreshed look in later updates.
How do I share feedback?
Three days after we roll out these changes to your organization, a survey will appear in Bloomerang CRM.
