Donor Intelligence Scores (Predict AI)
When you view a constituent record, donor intelligence scores appear on the Summary tab, powered by Dataro’s Predict AI.
These scores tell you whether the constituent is likely to upgrade to the next giving level, give again, become a recurring donor, or lapse (churn) from a monthly recurring donation. Predict AI also calculates the optimal ask amount for you. Scores automatically refresh each week.
How Do I Take Action Based on Donor Intelligence?
Next Action appears next to a score to show you the recommended next step. To capture this recommendation right away, you can click to create a task for that action.
For example, donor intelligence shows a constituent might be ready to upgrade to the next giving level. When you click Create Task, Bloomerang automatically creates a task for a mid-level discovery call. You can manage this task like you would any other task.
Research Report (Prospect AI)
When you view a constituent record, you can request an on-demand research report on the Prospect AI tab, powered by Dataro.
After you click Enrich Profile to request the report, this information appears on the Prospect AI tab in a few minutes:
Executive summary: Short description of the constituent and the report's key findings
Prospect intelligence: At-a-glance summary of key indicators: Gift capacity, Optimal ask, Prospect score, and Last gift
Affinity assessment: How the constituent’s giving and engagement align with cause areas
Events: Event participation
Capacity assessment: Combination of wealth and giving-capacity indicators, such as estimated net worth, salary, recent donations, gift capacity, and total value of shares
Professional background: Current role, past roles, and education
Charitable giving history: Publicly documented donations to your organization and other organizations, from public filings and news. Shows only realized donations.
Due diligence: Public news and web sources for concerns such as potential PR risks, legal issues, or problematic statements

To take action right from the Prospect AI report, you can click to:
Draft an email. Bloomerang CRM automatically drafts a cultivation email that includes key information about the constituent.
