Constituent profiles have a fresh, modern look that helps you understand a donor's giving story at a glance. Everything you rely on is still here, including all your data and existing features. The same information is now organized better, so you can find what you need faster.
A few items moved to a new place, and this article shows you where.
Improved Constituent Header
Enhanced design. A fresh, modern design helps you understand key facts at a glance.
Clearer navigation. The button you use to create donations, relationships, tasks, interactions, and notes now has a label: New.
One place for account actions. Merge, Change Type, and Delete are all in the More menu in the constituent header.

Redesigned Profile Tab
On the redesigned Profile tab, constituent information is reorganized so you can find what you need faster:
Basic Info, Personal Information, and Communication Preferences now have an Edit button, so you can update one section at a time.
Email addresses and phone numbers now appear together in the new Contact section.
For individual constituents, Personal Information has the same details in a new order.
Some elements on the Profile tab have minor wording changes:
To view a physical address on a map, you now click View on Map instead of clicking the address.
To add a new membership, you now click Add New.
To add a new physical address, you now click Add New.
To add or edit an email address or phone number, you now click Edit in the Contact section.
To download a giving statement (tax summary), you now click Download.

Reorganized Timeline
The constituent timeline is now organized to help you better understand and search a constituent’s history with your organization.
The new timeline:
Shows redesigned activity and year filters at the start of the timeline
Organizes activity by year
Includes a text label for each activity that defines the activity type (donation, email, interaction, event)
Uses a more visually descriptive icon for each activity type

Updated Relationships List
The Relationships tile now shows the relationship manager, household, personal relationships, and donor-advised fund.

Intelligent Giving Platform: Donor Intelligence and ProspectAI
If you add the Intelligent Giving Platform to your subscription, donor intelligence and research information appears in constituent profiles:
On the Summary tab, Donor Intelligence appears first, showing you predictions, recommendations, and quick actions (drafting an email and creating a task) for the constituent.
On the ProspectAI tab, you can enrich the constituent’s profile with an on-demand research report based on publicly available sources.

What's Not Changing
Your data stays the same. These updates are a visual refresh, so they don't remove any information. The information you can view and edit stays the same, along with the permissions you must have to edit it.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will I see the new look?
Bloomerang is rolling out the new design to organizations in stages, so you might see it before or after another organization does. Organizations with the Intelligent Giving Platform receive the updated look automatically.
If you don’t already see these changes, you can opt in. Go to any constituent account, and on the Summary tab, click Opt In Now. After you opt in, the change can take up to a week to appear.
Will I lose any data or features?
No, your data and features stay the same. A few items moved to a new location.
Are all the constituent profile tabs updated?
Yes, the Summary, Timeline, Relationships, and Profile tabs all have the new design. The Profile tab is the most recent tab to get the new look.
Where did Merge, Change Type, and Delete go?
These actions are now in the More menu in the constituent header, so you can reach them from any tab.
How do I share feedback?
Three days after we roll out these changes to your organization, a survey will appear in Bloomerang CRM.
