On the Reports page in Bloomerang CRM, view all reports created by your organization. To manage many reports, organize reports in folders. You can export reports as Microsoft Excel files.
To create and edit folders, and to move reports into folders, you must have permission to edit reports. For information about user permissions, read User Permissions.

Find, View, and Run Reports
To find and view reports:
Click Reports.
To find a report, you can do any of the following:
Click Recent to view the last five reports you ran.
Click All to view all reports.
In the All Reports list, click a folder to view only reports in that folder.
Enter a search term in the Search Reports box. This searches port names, types, folders, and users.
To filter your list or reports, you can do any of the following:
Select one or more status filters: Active, Inactive, or Scheduled.
Select the report type: Constituent, Interaction, Transaction, Note, or Task. Only types assigned to saved reports appear as filter options.
Select one or more users who created or modified reports. If you have conversion reports, you also see a conversion user.
To change the sort order, click a column to sort the list: Name (alphabetical), Frequency, Type, Folder, Date Created, or Last Modified. The sort order you select remains until you change it, even if you log out of Bloomerang CRM or close your web browser.
To clear selected filters, click Reset Filters.
To run a report, click the report name.

Tip: Hover over the report or folder to view the full name. Hover over the frequency to quickly see frequency details. Hover over date information to see the full date and user name.
Manage Reports
To manage your reports:
Click Reports.
Click Action.
Select one of these options:
View Report — Open a report so you can review, edit, or schedule it
Copy Report — Add a copy of this report to the list
Export to Excel — Generate and download an .XLSX version of the report
Move to Folder — Move the report to a folder. When you move a report, the Last Modified Date updates for the report. This option is disabled if you don’t have any folders.
Change Folder — Move a report to a different folder. This option appears if you have at least one report folder.
Deactivate Report — Label a report as inactive. This option appears only for active reports.
Activate Report — Label a report as active. This option appears only for inactive reports.
Delete Report — Permanently delete a report
Edit Reports
To edit a report:
Click Reports.
Click Action.
Click the report name.

Create Reports
To create a report:
Click Reports.
Click New Report.
You can add the report to a folder from New Report page. For more information, read Create Reports.
Note: If you enable the QuickBooks Desktop integration, a QuickBooks Export Option button appears on this page. For more information, read QuickBooks Desktop Export.
Manage Report Folders
To easily find and manage reports, add them to folders. Create as many folders as you need.
Create Report Folders
To create a folder:
Click Reports.
Click New Folder.
Enter a Folder Name.
(Optional) Enter a Description.
Click Create Folder. The folder appears in the folder list.
By default, the folder list is expanded. To collapse it, click the double arrow. If you log out of Bloomerang CRM or close your web browser, when you return to Bloomerang CRM, the folder list remains collapsed.
Edit or Delete Report Folders
To edit or delete a report folder:
Click Reports.
Click the report folder.
Click Edit Folder.
Enter a new name or description.
To permanently delete the folder, click Delete. Reports in the folder remain in the reports list and are not deleted.
To view the reports in a folder, click the folder. To return to the report list, click All Reports.
