QuickBooks Online is cloud-based accounting software. Bloomerang CRM supports two separate QuickBooks integrations:
Bloomerang CRM to QuickBooks — Bloomerang CRM donations sync to QuickBooks online as sales receipts, invoices, and payments. Bloomerang CRM is the system of record (the authoritative data source).
QuickBooks to Bloomerang CRM — QuickBooks Online sales receipts sync to Bloomerang CRM as donations. QuickBooks is the system of record.
Both integrations are one-way syncs from the system of record. You can set up either or both integrations.
If you enable both integrations, the system of record is maintained for each sync. The integrations work separately, but also in harmony. For example, you create a new transaction in Bloomerang CRM that syncs to QuickBooks Online as a sales receipt.
During a sync from QuickBooks Online to Bloomerang CRM, that sales receipt doesn’t sync because Bloomerang CRM is the system of record for that particular transaction.
Note: Bloomerang CRM doesn't integrate with QuickBooks Online Canada.

When you enable this integration, Bloomerang CRM donations sync to QuickBooks Online as sales receipts.
You can control when the sync starts, the frequency, the sync type (automatic or manual), and whether new transactions hold for 24 hours. You can also configure mapping rules that control how synced sales receipts appear in QuickBooks.
Note: If your subscription includes the membership management add-on, you can also sync membership fee payments to QuickBooks Online. You must set up mapping rules for each membership level. Read about how to sync membership payments.

QuickBooks Online to Bloomerang CRM Integration
When you enable this integration, QuickBooks Online sales receipts sync to Bloomerang CRM as donations.
Only sales receipts that match your mapping rules sync to Bloomerang CRM. No other sales receipts sync to Bloomerang CRM. Bloomerang CRM actively monitors your QuickBooks Online account to discover new and changed sales receipts. Syncs happen automatically.
Mapping rules also control which Bloomerang CRM fund, campaign, and appeal are applied to synced donations.
