After you sync QuickBooks sales receipts to Bloomerang CRM donations, Bloomerang CRM locks some fields in the donations. This happens because QuickBooks is the system of record (the authoritative data source) for these donations.

Edit Donations
To edit locked fields in donations synced from QuickBooks Online, you must use QuickBooks Online.
When you view a synced donation in Bloomerang CRM, you can click the Synced From QuickBooks link to quickly open and edit the associated sales receipt in QuickBooks Online.
During the next sync, edits you make to sales receipts in QuickBooks Online sync to Bloomerang CRM donations.
Tip: In Bloomerang CRM, you can always edit donation fields that aren’t relevant to QuickBooks Online. For example, you can edit custom field data, tributes, soft credits, and attachments.
Refund Donations
If you refund a sales receipt in QuickBooks, that refund doesn’t sync to the associated donation in Bloomerang CRM.
In Bloomerang CRM, you cannot refund donations synced from QuickBooks Online.
Delete Donations
If you delete a sales receipt in QuickBooks, Bloomerang CRM deletes the associated donation when you sync.
Void Donations
When you void a sales receipt in QuickBooks, you reduce the amount to zero, but retain the record. Sales receipts that you void in QuickBooks sync to Bloomerang CRM.
