You can connect Bloomerang CRM to your organization’s QuickBooks Online account. Bloomerang CRM supports two separate QuickBooks integrations:
Bloomerang CRM to QuickBooks — Sync Bloomerang CRM transactions to QuickBooks Online sales receipts, invoices, and payments. If your subscription includes the membership management add-on, you can also sync membership fee payments to QuickBooks Online sales receipts.
QuickBooks to Bloomerang CRM — Sync QuickBooks Online sales receipts to Bloomerang CRM transactions.

Note: Bloomerang CRM doesn't integrate with QuickBooks Online Canada.

Connect to QuickBooks Online
You can connect to only one QuickBooks Online account in Bloomerang CRM. Before you follow the steps in this section, make sure that you are working with the QuickBooks account you intend to integrate with Bloomerang CRM.
To connect Bloomerang CRM to QuickBooks Online:
Click Settings.
Click Integrations.
Click Integrated Partners.
Click Settings.
In the Accounting section, from the drop-down list, select QuickBooks Online.
Click Save.
Click Connect.
On the Intuit Sign In page, enter your QuickBooks Online credentials.
Click Sign In.
Click Connect.
Set Up Integrations
Next, set up either or both of these integrations:
Disconnect QuickBooks Online
You can disconnect Bloomerang CRM from your QuickBooks Online account. If you need to, you can reconnect the same QuickBooks account later.
Note: To connect a different QuickBooks account, you must contact Support to request a data service.
To disconnect QuickBooks online:
Click Settings.
Click Integrations.
Click Integrated Partners.
Click Settings.
In the Accounting section, click Disconnect.
