Bloomerang CRM to QuickBooks Online: Change When Transactions Sync

When you first set up the Bloomerang CRM to QuickBooks Online integration, you configure settings that control when transactions sync:

You can always change these settings.

Change the Sync Start Date

Transactions with a date on or after the start date can sync to QuickBooks Online. You can select a date in the past.

To change the sync start date:

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Click Integrations.

  3. Click Integrated Partners.

  4. Click Settings.

  5. In the Bloomerang CRM to QuickBooks section, click Configure.

  6. Click Settings.

  7. From the Sync Start Date list, select a new date.

Change the Sync Type

You can select one of these sync types:

  • Automatic Sync — New transactions sync automatically to QuickBooks Online. We recommend this setting. You can also manually sync at any time.

  • Manual Sync — New transactions only sync to QuickBooks Online when you click Sync Now.

To change the sync type:

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Click Integrations.

  3. Click Integrated Partners.

  4. Click Settings.

  5. In the Bloomerang CRM to QuickBooks section, click Configure.

  6. Click Settings.

  7. From the Sync Type list, select Manual Sync or Automatic Sync.

  8. Click Save.

Change the Frequency

To change the sync frequency:

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Click Integrations.

  3. Click Integrated Partners.

  4. Click Settings.

  5. In the Bloomerang CRM to QuickBooks section, click Configure.

  6. Click Settings.

  7. From the Frequency list, select one of these options:

    • Daily — Select the time

    • Weekly — Select the day of the week and time

    • Monthly — Select the day of the month and time

    • Once — Select the date and time

  8. Click Save.

Change the Sync Hold

By default, new transactions sync to QuickBooks only after they have been in Bloomerang CRM for 24 hours. This gives you time to change or correct transactions before they sync to QuickBooks Online.

You can change this setting to sync new transactions immediately.

To change the sync hold:

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Click Integrations.

  3. Click Integrated Partners.

  4. Click Settings.

  5. In the Bloomerang CRM to QuickBooks section, click Configure.

  6. Click Settings.

  7. From the New Transaction Sync Hold list, select Allow Immediate Syncing or 24 Hour Hold. The default is 24 Hour Hold.

  8. Click Save.
