When transactions have the status Sync in Progress, Synced, or Do Not Sync, these fields and options are locked or hidden:

Unlock Transactions
You can always edit transactions with the status To Be Synced. These transactions are always unlocked.
To edit transactions with the status Synced or Do Not Sync, you must first unlock them. You cannot unlock and edit transactions with the status Sync in Progress.
Note: If you run a bulk update that includes QBO transactions, any locked transactions are unlocked and updated. The extent of the update depends on the transaction's status and any custom rules you might have. For more information, view How does the Bulk Update tool handle synced transactions?
To unlock Synced and Do Not Sync transactions in Bloomerang CRM:
Go to the constituent’s timeline.
Click the transaction to open it.
Click Actions.
Click Edit and Unlock.
Enter a reason for unlocking the transaction.
Select one of these options:.
Yes, set the QuickBooks Status to To Be Synced — Select this option to sync this transaction to QuickBooks again during the next manual or automatic sync. Transaction changes made in Bloomerang CRM are applied in QuickBooks. The QuickBooks Status changes after the sync.
No, do not edit the QuickBooks Status — Select this option to prevent changes made in Bloomerang CRM from syncing to QuickBooks. The QuickBooks Status does not change after the sync.
You can now edit this transaction.
