In Bloomerang CRM, donations have a QuickBooks Online status. If you enable the QuickBooks to Bloomerang CRM integration, this status tells you whether a donation synced from QuickBooks Online.
To view the sync status, you can:
Open a donation from a constituent’s timeline.
Create a transaction report and include the QuickBooks Online Status filter.
Note: This article applies only to donations that you sync from QuickBooks. For information about donations synced to QuickBooks Online, view Bloomerang CRM to QuickBooks Online: View the Sync Status, Reports, and Errors.
View the QuickBooks Status for Transactions
To view the QuickBooks sync status for a donation:
Open a constituent’s profile.
Click Timeline.
Click the transaction. The QuickBooks Status appears after the donation amount.
If the donation synced from QuickBooks Online, the status is Synced from QuickBooks.
Note: If the donation has the status Synced or any other QuickBooks Online status, the donation is part of the QuickBooks to Bloomerang CRM integration. This is a separate integration.
Run QuickBooks Online Status Reports
You can include the Synced From QuickBooks filter in reports.
To create a report:
Include the filter QuickBooks Online Status.
Select Is and Synced From QuickBooks.
In the report results, you can add the QuickBooks Online Status column.
You can save, export, or schedule this report.
