Bloomerang Payments is the payment processor built into Bloomerang CRM. After setup and approval, you’re ready to process transactions and get paid.
If your organization is already using Bloomerang CRM, and you currently use a third-party processor in Bloomerang, follow the steps in this article to set up Bloomerang Payments. You can set up Bloomerang Payments as your only processor or as an additional processor.
Do these steps apply to me?
If you go to Payments > Payments Home and the Payments Settings tab appears, follow the steps in this article. 

If your Bloomerang CRM database was created on or after February 10, 2026, and you see only a Welcome page in Bloomerang CRM, follow the steps in New Customers: Set Up Bloomerang Payments in Bloomerang CRM.
Before You Begin
Before you set up Bloomerang Payments, gather the required information you'll need.
Set Up Bloomerang Payments
To connect Bloomerang Payments:
Click Payments.
Click Payments Home.
In the Bloomerang Payments section, click Connect.
Read the Terms of Use and click I agree to the terms of use.
Click Connect.

Next, you temporarily leave Bloomerang CRM to finish the setup in Stripe.
To finish the setup in Stripe:
Enter your email address and mobile number.
Click Continue.
Enter the verification code that was sent to your mobile device.
Click Enter new business details.
Click Next.
Verify that your Business Details, Management and Ownership, and Payout Details are correct.
Click Submit.
After you’re approved, you can start processing transactions. In some cases, you must enter more information to get approved.
Enter More Information
If Stripe requires more information to get you set up, they’ll send an email to the email address you entered when you set up Bloomerang Payments. You must enter this required information in Bloomerang CRM to get approved and start processing transactions.
Update the Transaction Processor for Forms
After you’re approved, make sure to select Bloomerang Payments as the transaction processor in new and existing forms. You must update this setting for each form. For more information, read Update the Transaction Processor for Forms.
Manage Your Bloomerang Payments Account
After you set up Bloomerang Payments, you can:
Reset your Bloomerang Payments password
Transfer account ownership
Deactivate Bloomerang Payments
