After you set up Bloomerang Payments and process transactions, your organization receives payouts. Payouts are deposits made to your bank account.
In Bloomerang CRM, you can view and edit the frequency of your payouts. You can also view previous payouts and details about each payout.
How Payouts Work
If you're a new Bloomerang Payments customer, your payouts begin after an initial seven-day waiting period. A payout includes one or more transactions, depending on what is eligible at the time of the payout. A transaction is eligible to be included in a payout after two business days.
By default, payouts occur daily if funds are eligible. You can change the payout frequency to daily, weekly, or monthly, unless the payout is from PayPal or Venmo. PayPal and Venmo payouts always happen daily.
Credit card donations are available for deposit on a two business day delay after a transaction occurs in Bloomerang CRM. EFT payments can take at least four business days to process. View the status on an EFT transaction entry to see where the transaction is in the process—Pending, Successful, or Failed.
