What is the processing fee?
The processing fee is the total fee charged for a transaction:
Processing fee = merchant processing fee + platform processing fee
What is a third-party payment processor?
Both Bloomerang Fundraising and Bloomerang CRM are integrated to additional processors other than our officially supported, integrated processor. In the event an organization opts to process with a non-preferred partner, merchant processing fees will be applied by that 3rd party processor. Platform Processing Fees are still applied to the transaction by Bloomerang Fundraising or Bloomerang CRM (1.95% and 1%, respectively).
