What is the processing fee?
The processing fee is the total fee charged for a transaction.
Processing fee = merchant processing fee + platform processing fee
What are the preferred payment processors?
Bloomerang Fundraising and Bloomerang CRM are each integrated with a preferred payment processor. Bloomerang Fundraising’s preferred processor is WorldPay. Bloomerang CRM’s preferred processor is Bloomerang Payments, which is supported by Stripe.
Both Bloomerang Fundraising and Bloomerang CRM are integrated to additional processors beyond their preferred payment processors. In the event an organization opts to process with a non-preferred partner, merchant processing fees will be applied by that 3rd party processor. Platform Processing Fees are still applied to the transaction by Bloomerang Fundraising or Bloomerang CRM (1.95% and 1%, respectively).
