Business address (cannot be a P.O. box)

Administrator Details
Next, your administrator must gather their personal legal information. This information is used to verify your administrator as an individual responsible for your organization’s accounts.
Legal name
Email address
Job title
Date of birth
Home address
Phone number
Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
Bank Details for Payouts
Finally, gather information about your organization’s bank account:
Bank login credentials to sync, or
Bank routing number, account number, and account type (checking or savings)
