Update Your Bloomerang Payments Account

To update your Bloomerang Payments account:

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Click Payments.

  3. In the Bloomerang Payments section, click Settings.
    A Stripe Express page appears. Stripe texts a verification code to the mobile number on your Stripe account.

  4. Enter the verification code that Stripe texted to you.

  5. Make changes to your account. For help with Stripe settings, view Stripe Help & Support.

Reset Your Bloomerang Payments Password

To reset your Bloomerang Payments password, contact Stripe.

Transfer Account Ownership

To transfer account ownership while the current account owner is with your organization:

  1. Log in to your Stripe account.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Next to Change Account Representative, click Choose.

  4. Do one of the following:

    1. Select a person.

    2. Click Add Someone New.

If you lose access to Bloomerang Payments because your organization’s account administrator left before you could transfer the account ownership, Stripe can help you transfer account ownership.
