Update the Transaction Processor for Forms

If you add a new transaction processor in Bloomerang CRM, make sure to update the processor for your forms. Each form has its own transaction processor setting.

For example, if you set up Bloomerang Payments after previously using a third-party transaction processor, make sure to update your forms to use Bloomerang Payments.

Update the Transaction Processor for Standard Forms

Follow these instructions if you have a standard form embedded on your website, or you link to a Bloomerang-hosted form.

To update the payment processor for standard forms:

  1. Click Communications.

  2. Click Forms.

  3. Select the type of form to update.

  4. Click the form.

  5. In the Transaction Processor list, select a payment processor.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Click Save and Preview.

  8. Click Next.

  9. Repeat these steps for each standard form.

Update the Transaction Processor for Custom Self-Hosted Forms

Follow these instructions if you have a custom self-hosted form embedded on your website. You must regenerate the full form code in Bloomerang CRM and paste it to your website.

Warning: Regenerated form code does not include any prior customizations you made to the code outside of Bloomerang CRM.

To update the payment processor for custom self-hosted forms:

  1. Click Communications.

  2. Click Forms.

  3. Select the type of form to update.

  4. Click the form. Custom self-hosted forms have the Self-Hosted label.

  5. In the Transaction Processor list, select a payment processor.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Click Next.

  8. Copy the regenerated form code.

  9. Paste the regenerated form code to your website.

  10. Repeat these steps for each custom self-hosted form.
