Organization-Level Navigation

In this article, we’ll take you on our tour through the navigation of the Bloomerang Fundraising system to ensure you can find all the settings, reporting, and features you love.

Forms

The first navigation item on the left side of the screen is Forms.

Clicking this item will display a list of all your forms.

You can search for a specific form at the top of list and click the tag icon to display forms by their info tags, if you’ve assigned tags to forms.

Exit this menu by clicking the X icon.

Dashboard

Clicking this item will return you to the Dashboard.

Reporting

The Reporting navigation item contains links to the general Reports area, the Transactions report, Batches & Settlements for Worldpay users, the Recurring Forecast report, the Recurring Payments report, a list of Donors with accounts, and the Custom Reports area.

Fundraising

The Fundraising navigation item contains links to the Forms and Events area, Givi settings, organization-level Receipts, the Embed widgets area, and Form Tags.

Integrations

Clicking the Integrations item will take you to the Service Integrations page in your account.

Data Tools

The Data Tools navigation item contains links to the API Access settings, Data Mapping, the offline Donations Import tool, the Facebook Donations Import tool, and the Donor Summary area.

Please note: You may not see all of these options, depending on your organization’s Plans and Pricing.

Terminal

The Virtual Terminal is where you can process offline donations and event registrations, as well as manage auction events.

Settings

The gear icon houses your Organization Settings, including Organization Information and User Logs, the add and remove Users interface, your monthly Statements, your organization’s Plans & Pricing page, and organization-level admin Notifications.

If you’ve enabled PayPal for your organization, this is also where you’ll find the Manage PayPal page.

If you’re a user for multiple organizations, this is also where you can Switch Roles between organizations.

Support

The question mark icon at the top right of the screen offers a quick way to get to the home page of the Bloomerang Fundraising Help center. You’ll also find direct links to Bloomerang Learning, the Feature suggestions email address, the Contact support form, the Refer a friend form, the Bloomerang Fundraising User community, and the biweekly Product updates.

My Information

The letter at the top right of the screen includes your My profile page and a link to Log out.

App Switcher

Finally, clicking this icon displays links to the login pages for all three Bloomerang Giving Platform apps.

Pro tip: Bloomerang Fundraising and Bloomerang CRM now support a unified login experience. Once you link your accounts, signing into one will automatically give you access to both.
