Fee Statements

The Fee Statements area of your control panel contains your Bloomerang Fundraising monthly statements. This article will walk you through your statements so you can keep track of past and upcoming fees.

Getting Started

Your statements provide real-time access to upcoming fees. Bloomerang Fundraising bills on the first business day of the following month for transactions in the previous month.

Clicking Fee Statements within the Reporting menu will take you to the current month’s upcoming fees. You can switch to another month’s report using the drop-down at the top right.

Fee Statements Overview

You’ll see rows in the table for each Payment Account attached to a form, as well as columns for Contributions, Transaction Fees, Other Fees, Refunded gifts, Taxes, and the Total Amount of funds for the month with fees and refunds removed.

For a detailed breakdown of Fee Types, click the arrow next to the account number to expand the menu.

Download Statement

Click Download Statement to download a statement for one of your payment accounts.

A pop-up will appear where you can choose the Start and End dates you want to pull for the statement. Then, select the Account you’d like to download.

You can export your report to .CSV, Excel, or PDF format, and for .CSV and Excel you can choose whether to download a Summary Statement or Detailed Statement.

When you've got all of your options selected click Download to download your custom statement.

Please note: Fees from demo forms will not appear in Statements as they are demonstrated transactions rather than real transactions.

The Fee Statement Report lists each of the transactions in the month’s overview as a separate line item.

You’ll be able to quickly see the Transaction ID, Date, Name of the donor, Status of the transaction, Payment Method, Amount, Fee, Net Amount, and the Form Name associated with the transaction.

To filter by one of the report columns, click the icon next to the column header, select your filtering parameters and then click Apply. You can click Reset to return a filter to its default setting.

You can click the Transaction ID to view more details about each transaction.
