When you click Donors in Bloomerang Fundraising, you can access information about anyone who has set up a donor account and/or set up a recurring donation on any of your Bloomerang Fundraising forms. If neither has happened, you won’t see this area.
This article explains how to enable donors to create accounts, and how to view and manage donor accounts. To learn how your donors can access their accounts and manage their recurring payments, read Creating and Managing an Account: What Donors See.

Enable Donors to Create Accounts
When your supporters create donor accounts, they can manage their own personal and payment information. They can also review their donation history with any Bloomerang Fundraising organization, if they were logged in when they made transactions.
Bloomerang Fundraising automatically enters donors' personal information on forms so they don't have to enter it again. For example, if you're using the Bloomerang Fundraising peer-to-peer platform, the accounts donors create when they register for an event enable them to register for other events with your organization without filling in all of their personal information. This is particularly useful for annual events.
To enable donors to create an account:
After you enable donor accounts, login options appear at the beginning of your public-facing form. Donor accounts aren’t required, so only certain donors will opt to use the donor account option.
View Donor Accounts
To view a list of all donor accounts:
Click Reporting.
Click Donors. Donor accounts appear in a table. Each table row shows the donor account ID, name, email address, date the account was created, the last time the donor logged in, and how many transactions the donor has associated with their account.

To search your donor list, enter a name or email address in the Search box.

If a Donor Doesn't Appear in the Donors List
If someone donated to your organization, but that name doesn't appear in the Donors list, the donor didn't create a donor account.
To create and link a donor account:
Ask the donor to go to http://secure.qgiv.com/account/ and create an account.
After the donor creates an account, you can link it to their donation. For instructions, read Link One-Time Transactions and Link Recurring Payments.
View Account and Transaction Information in Donor Accounts
To view account and transaction information for a donor:
Click Reporting.
Click Donors.
To view account details for a donor:
In the Transactions column for a donor, click either Recurring or History.
Click Donor Info. The donor's address, phone, and email appear.
Important: Donors must update account information on their own. You can't edit donor accounts because accounts are global and might contain private information regarding transactions with other Bloomerang Fundraising organizations.
To view transactions:
In the Transactions column for a donor, click either Recurring or History.
To view a list of all recurring donation payments, click Recurring Payments. The Transaction Details or Recurring Payment Details page opens and a list of transactions appears. These are the transactions linked to this donor's account.

To view a list of all transactions, click Transaction History.

Manage Account and Transaction Information in Donor Accounts
On the Recurring Payment Details page, you can also:
Link recurring payments: If a donor wasn’t logged in or didn’t have an account when they set up a recurring payment, you can link the payment to their donor account.

On the Transaction Details page, some of these options might appear for a transaction:
View the confirmation page: To view the confirmation page that your donor saw

Manage Recurring Payments
To manage recurring payments, read Manage Recurring Payments.
