Bloomerang CRM Mobile App | Payment Processors

The Bloomerang CRM mobile app uses the payment processors you set up in the Bloomerang CRM web application.

You can select a default processor for donations you enter in the mobile app.

Add a New Payment Processor

To add a new payment processor, you must use the Bloomerang CRM web application. For instructions, view:

After you add a new processor in the web application, force quit or log out of the mobile app. When you log in to the mobile app, you’ll see the new processor.

Select the Default Payment Processor

You can select a default payment processor for donations you enter in the Bloomerang CRM mobile app.

Keep in mind that:

  • If your Bloomerang CRM account connects to only one processor, the Bloomerang CRM mobile app automatically uses that processor as the default.

  • If your Bloomerang CRM account connects to Bloomerang Payments, the mobile app automatically uses that processor as the default unless you select a different processor. If you change the default processor to something other than Bloomerang Payments, that processor remains the default even if you log out of the app.

  • If your Bloomerang CRM account connects to multiple processors, but not Bloomerang Payments, you must select a default.

To select the default payment processor:

  1. In the Bloomerang CRM mobile app, tap More.

  2. Tap Payment Settings.

  3. From the Processor list, tap a payment processor.

Tip: You can also change the default processor on the donation form. For example, you select Bloomerang Payments as the default processor on the Payment Settings page. On a donation form, you change the processor to Stripe. Stripe is now the default processor on the Payment Settings page and on donation forms.
