Add Authorize.Net to Bloomerang CRM

Bloomerang CRM

Updated over 2 weeks ago

You can add the Authorize.net payments processor to Bloomerang CRM and use it to process card and EFT transactions.

Important: New Bloomerang CRM customers who onboard on or after February 10, 2026, must use Bloomerang Payments to process transactions unless your organization is located outside of the United States. Organizations outside of the United States, including Canada and other countries, must use an integrated third-party processor (Authorize.net or Stripe) to process payments in Bloomerang.

Step 1: Find Your Authorize.Net API Login ID and Transaction Key

To find your Authorize.Net API keys:

  1. Log in to your account with the credentials that Authorize.Net provided.

  2. In the Account section, click Settings.

  3. Click API Credentials & Keys.

  4. Make a note of the API login ID. You will use it in the next section on this page.

  5. If you don’t have your transaction key, generate a new transaction key:

    1. Type the answer to the secret question.

    2. Click New Transaction Key. Make a note of this. You will use it in the next section on this page.

    3. Click Submit.

Tip: Save the key in a secure location so you do not have to generate a new key again.

Step 2: Create the Processor in Bloomerang CRM

To create an Authorize.Net processor in Bloomerang CRM:

  1. In Bloomerang CRM, go to the Transaction Processors page. You must use this direct link: https://crm.bloomerang.co/Settings/Transaction/CreditCardProcessor

  2. Click New.

  3. Select Authorize.Net Processor.

  4. On the Transaction Processor page:

    1. In the Name field, type a name for the processor (such as Authorize.Net).

    2. In the API Login ID field, copy and paste in the API login ID from Authorize.Net.

    3. In the API Transaction Key field, copy and paste in the transaction key from Authorize.Net.

  5. Click Save.

Bloomerang CRM is now ready to process credit cards and EFT.

Note: If you select Canada in your organization settings, and if you have a Canadian Authorize.Net account, your online forms use Canadian dollars (CAD), not United States dollars (USD) converted to CAD.
