Search for constituents at the top of the Constituent Dashboard page, or on any page in Bloomerang CRM.

To learn how constituent searches work in Bloomerang CRM, and for advanced tips, see Search.

Use the Constituent List

View a list of all constituents and basic information, and perform quick actions.

To refine the constituent list, click:

  • All: See all of your constituents. By default, 25 constituents appear on each page. To see more or fewer rows on each page, click Rows Per Page.

  • Recents: See the constituents you worked with while currently logged in to Bloomerang CRM.

  • Filter Results: Filter the constituent list by segment and other criteria. For more information about filters, see the Filter Results section on this page.

To add a new constituent, click Add Constituent. See Create Constituents.

By default, constituents are in alphabetical order by first name or organization name.

To sort the list, click a column:

  • Name: Constituent's first name and last name, or the organization name, and the account number. Click a constituent name to go to their profile.

  • Email: Primary email address

  • Phone: Primary phone number

  • Address: Primary address

  • Status: Assigned constituent status (Inactive or Deceased)

  • Latest Transaction Amount: Amount of most recent transaction on the timeline

To sort the list in the reverse order, click the column again.

If the contact information is missing for a constituent, the field is empty. Edit a constituent profile to add contact information.
