Bloomerang CRM Mobile App | Manually Enable Tap to Pay

When you log in to the Bloomerang CRM mobile app, Tap to Pay enables automatically if you use Bloomerang Payments and have a compatible iPhone or Android phone. To understand how Tap to Pay works, and for requirements, see What is Tap to Pay?

If Tap to Pay fails to enable automatically, you can always manually enable it.

To manually enable Tap to Pay:

  1. Open the Bloomerang CRM mobile app.

  2. On the Home screen, tap More.

  3. Tap Payment Settings.

  4. Tap Processor and select Bloomerang Payments. Bloomerang Payments is selected automatically if it's your only processor.

  5. Tap Enable Tap to Pay.
    The mobile app connects to your phone’s internal reader. The Home page opens and the message Tap to Pay Enabled appears. If you tap More > Payment Settings, the Tap to Pay status is Enabled.

If you still can’t enable Tap to Pay, view Troubleshoot Tap to Pay.

Tip: To log in to the mobile app faster, enable Face ID or Touch ID on your iPhone, or Fingerprint Unlock on your Android phone.

Process Donations with Tap to Pay

You can now accept Tap to Pay payments for one-time donations. For instructions, view Process Donations with Tap to Pay.

Tip: Before your event, use Tap to Pay to process a small test donation. To refund the donation, you must use the Bloomerang CRM web application.
