Scheduled Reports

If you have reports that don't require filter updates every time you run them, but do require you to view or share them on a regular basis—scheduled reports will allow you to run these reports automatically. Scheduled reports can be delivered to users and non-users alike via email, as an attached Excel file.

To schedule a report:

  1. Create a new report or open an existing report.

  2. Click Save And > Schedule Report.

  3. Under Frequency, click Select and choose Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Once.

    • If you select Daily, select a time of day.

    • If you select Weekly, select a day of the week and a time of day.

    • If you select Monthly, select a date of the month and a time of day.

    • If you select Once, select a specific date and a time of day.

  4. If you would like to require a login to view the report, select Require Bloomerang Login to view report.

    Note: If you select Require Bloomerang Login to view report, the report can only be delivered to active Users of Bloomerang CRM.

  5. Enter the recipients you would like to receive the report in the Recipients field. You can enter any User in Bloomerang CRM, as well as any valid email address.

  6. Enter a subject on the Subject line for the email that will be sent to your recipients.

  7. (Optional) Enter a description of the report in the Content field. This will be included in the body of the email that is sent.

  8. (Optional) Click "If there are no results, don't send an email". If this option is clicked, the report will not be sent if it does not contain data at the time it is scheduled to send.

  9. Click Save And Schedule. The schedule displays in the upper right corner of the report.

Once a schedule is saved on the report, recipients will begin receiving emails at the scheduled time. The email will include an attached Excel file of the report. If you chose to require a login, a link to login to Bloomerang CRM and download the report will be included.

Note: The report received will be based on the filters of the report at the time it is sent. If you make changes to the report, the report will reflect those changes the next time it is sent.

Edit or Delete Schedules

Steps for editing or deleting a schedule:

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Click on the report you would like to edit or delete.

  3. Click Save And, then Edit Report Schedule.

  4. Edit any part of the schedule or details, click Save and Schedule.

  5. To delete, click Delete Schedule.

Note: Deleting a schedule on a report will only remove its schedule—the report will still be available in the Reports List.
