Note: Invoices are a new feature and are not yet active by default. Give us a call if you'd like more information about activating invoices for your organization.
We’ve created a solution for you that allows donors to elect to pay later by requesting an invoice. This additional payment method enables donors to register for events or make a gift on a standard donation form and pay for that promise later. To enable this feature, navigate to the form you’d like to enable invoicing for from the org-level dashboard.
To find your forms, click the Forms icon at the top left side of your dashboard.
You’ll see a list of forms separated by form type. Click the form you want to enable the invoice tool on from the menu. Currently, only Standard Donation Forms support this functionality.
From the form dashboard view, select the Form Settings menu to the left of the dashboard.
Under your Form Settings, scroll down to the Enable Invoices toggle on the settings menu and enable it.
