In Kindful Fundraising, donors can select one of these payment methods on donation pages, crowdfunding pages, and event registration pages:
Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo)
In Bloomerang, you can:
Create reports for Kindful Fundraising transactions
View Kindful Fundraising transactions in constituent profiles
View payouts for Kindful Fundraising transactions
Refund and delete Kindful Fundraising donations
Credit Card
Donors select Credit Card and enter the billing information, card number, expiration, and CVC.
Bank Account
Donors select Bank Account and the account type (Savings or Checking), and enter the billing information, routing number, and account number.
Digital Wallets
Donors can use payment methods saved in digital wallets to donate to your organization. Digital wallets are a way to securely store payment methods on devices for quick use.
Donors can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo on donation pages, crowdfunding pages, and event registration pages. Digital wallet payment methods are not available on donation forms that you add to your website through a donation plugin.
PayPal and Venmo
To accept PayPal and Venmo payments on Kindful Fundraising forms, you must first enable the PayPal & Venmo add-on in Bloomerang. For instructions, view About PayPal and Venmo in Kindful Fundraising.
Donors can use PayPal and Venmo to pay for one-time donations, but not for recurring donations or pledges. For information about recurring donations in existing PayPal accounts, view Existing PayPal Accounts.
Note: After a donor pays with PayPal or Venmo on a Kindful donation page, crowdfunding page, or event registration form, that payment method does not save to the constituent account in Bloomerang. In Bloomerang, you cannot select a saved PayPal or Venmo payment method to process donation or pledge payments for donors.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Donors who have Google Pay enabled and use a supported web browser automatically see Google Pay on donation pages, crowdfunding pages, and event registration forms. You do not have to complete any additional steps to enable Google Pay.
Donors who have Apple Pay and Apple Wallet enabled and use a supported web browser automatically see Apple Pay on donation pages, crowdfunding pages, and event registration forms. You do not have to complete any additional steps to enable enable Apple Pay.

After a donor pays with Apple Pay or Google Pay on a Kindful donation page, crowdfunding page, or event registration form, that payment method saves to the constituent account in Bloomerang. In Bloomerang, you can add a new one-time donation, recurring donation, or pledge for the constituent and select Apple Pay or Google Pay to process the payment.
Note: To use Apple Pay or Google Pay from the donor portal, donors must select Donate from the navigation menu. Apple Pay and Google Pay are not available when donors select Dashboard > Set Up Recurring Donation.
