Create a BluePay account to start accepting credit card, debit card, and electronic funds transfers in Bloomerang. The BluePay team should have your account set up within 48 to 72 hours.
After you've received the login credentials for your BluePay processor account, your next step is to connect the processor to your Bloomerang database.
BluePay Sign-up Page
Go to the BluePay Sign-up Page for Bloomerang users, and fill in the required fields.
Be prepared with the info you will need:
Determine who will be the company representative for the account. You will need to provide that person's name.
You'll need your organization's legal name and EIN/tax ID number.
You'll need the routing number and account number for the bank account where the donations should be deposited.
Tip: If you want to process EFT transactions using BluePay, click Yes in the BlueChex ACH Pricing field.
At the bottom of the form, check all the boxes and click Submit Application.
Getting Your BluePay Login Credentials
If there are no outstanding questions about your organization, the BluePay team will send you your BluePay login credentials within 48 to 72 hours. Use those credentials to add your BluePay account to Bloomerang.
