On the Home page, get a quick view of your fundraising progress, donor retention metrics, and to-do items.
Update Dashboard Data
The data on this page automatically updates nightly. Last Updated tells you when the data last updated. The time zone is based on the time zone of your browser.
To immediately update data on the Home page, click Update. During the update, the status changes to Updating. After the update completes, the Last Updated date and time changes.
Tasks
On the Tasks tile, you can view, edit, and complete existing tasks. You can also create new tasks.
To use Tasks list:
To open an individual task, click that task.
To create a new task, click Add Task.
To view tasks only assigned to you, click My. To view tasks assigned to everyone in your organization, click All.
To view a list of all tasks that you can filter, click View All Tasks.

Totals by Level
On the Totals By Level tile, monitor your real-time progress towards fundraising goals. You can toggle the entire view between Revenue and Raised to match your organization’s reporting requirements.
Transaction metrics: View the total amount, count, and average for transactions this week, month, and year. For a report that lists each transaction, click the total amount for this week, month, or year.
Giving Level metrics: View the distribution of donations of various sizes over the fiscal year. This graph shows the total amount of individual donations within each giving level, not totals for donors within each giving level. For example, if a major donor makes a mid-level donation, that transaction is part of the Mid total on this graph.

Donor Retention
On the Donor Retention tile, the Donor Retention wheel show you these donor retention metrics:
Percent of donors retained
Number of donors retained
Retained donors gave at least once 24 to 12 months ago, and then gave again in the past 12 months. Donations, pledges, pledge payments, and recurring donation payments figure into the donation count. The retention wheel gives you the percentage of how many donors were retained out of all the donors who gave 12 to 24 months ago. The 12-month and 24-month time periods are recalculated every day, so your retention wheel gives you an accurate picture of how many repeat donors you have.
If you're an administrator, you can customize the Donor Retention filters by clicking the right arrow and then the edit icon. Whenever a custom version of the Donor Retention wheel is in use, it appears first by default when you go to the Home page.
If a custom version of the Donor Retention wheel appears, click the left arrow to see the default wheel.

Donor Calls
On the Donor Calls tile, view the top five first-time donors you should prioritize calling to increase engagement. For each first-time donor, the tile shows the donor name, gift amount, and gift date. It also shows if another user is following up on the gift.
For a report of your first time donors, click View All 1st Time Donors.
For more information about the donor and their gift, click a row:
To assign the call to a user, click Convert to Task.
To add an interaction for the call, click Create Interaction.
To remove the call, click Delete.

Month Over Month Revenue
Understand how revenue changes over time with the Month Over Month Revenue chart.
This line chart begins with the month that your fiscal year begins. Each point on the chart represents total revenue transactions for one month. Revenue transactions are single donations, pledge payments, and recurring payments. Soft credits on transactions are excluded.
The chart includes monthly data for three years: the current fiscal year and the two years before that. To compare monthly data for each year, hover over a point on the chart. Data for the current month becomes available after the end of the month.
Bloomerang CRM automatically updates the chart once a day. If you click Update, the chart updates to include any new transactions entered for previous months.
Note: Monthly data includes transactions for the entire month, even if your fiscal year starts mid-month.
Campaigns
On the Campaigns tile, view all active campaigns that have a goal. Campaigns appear in the order they are arranged on the Campaigns page.
For each campaign, the progress bar shows the percentage of the goal that has been funded, the date range of the campaign, and the total goal amount.
To view the dollar amount raised for a campaign, hover over a campaign progress bar.
To open a report for the raised amount of the campaign, click View Transactions for that campaign. The report filters are based on the campaign settings.
To view all of your organization's campaigns, click View All. The Campaigns page appears. The View All option appears only if you have administrator permissions.
Recent Constituents
On the Recent Constituents tile, view the last five constituents you accessed while currently logged in. Return to any of the constituent accounts you see in the list by clicking on the constituent name.
If you're administrator, or a standard user with the Constituents permission, click Add New Constituent to quickly create a new constituent account. If you're a standard user who doesn't have the Constituents permission, the Add New Constituent button doesn't appear.

Recent Reports
On the Recent Reports tile, view the last five reports you have accessed while currently logged in. Return to any of the reports in the list by clicking on the name.
Click Go to Reports on this tile to go to the Reports List.

Sustainability Scorecard
On the Sustainability Scorecard tile, view a combination of your data in Bloomerang CRM and a self-assessment to gauge how sustainable your organization is. Click View Now to fill out or access the self-assessment.
