On the Reports page in Bloomerang CRM, view all reports created by your organization. Organize reports in folders, add a description so you can tell what a report does without opening it, and export reports as Microsoft Excel files.
To create and edit folders, and to move reports into folders, you must have permission to edit reports. For information about user permissions, read User Permissions.
This article explains how to manage reports and folders. To create or edit reports, read Create Reports and Edit Reports.
Find, View, and Run Reports
To find and view reports:
Click Reports. The report list appears.

To find a report, do any of the following:
Click Recent to view the last five reports you ran.
Click All to view all reports.
From the Folder drop-down list, select a folder to view only reports in that folder.
In the Search Reports box, enter a search term. This searches report names, types, and users.

To filter your list or reports, do any of the following:
From the drop-down list of statuses, select one or more statuses: Active, Inactive, or Scheduled.
From the drop-down list of report types, select one or more report types: Constituent, Interaction, Transaction, Note, or Task. The list includes only report types that appear in your organization's saved reports, and it shows the same options whether you're viewing the full report list or a single folder. If you select a type that the folder you're viewing doesn't contain, the report list shows No Results Found.
From the drop-down list of Bloomerang CRM users, select one or more users who created or modified reports. If you have conversion reports, you also see a conversion user.

To change the sort order, click a column to sort the list: Name (alphabetical), Last Viewed, Last Modified, Frequency, or Folder.
For scheduled reports, to view the schedule details without opening the report, hover over the Frequency.
