Use Tributes on Forms
Online forms do not work with the tributes you set up in Bloomerang CRM. But you can use custom fields to get tribute information from an online form.
Create two transaction custom fields:
Online Form Tribute Type
Type: Text, Pick One Value from a List
Values: In Honor Of, In Memory Of
Online Form Tribute Name
Type: Text, Type It In
Add these custom fields to the online form you use for tribute donations.
Change the custom fields' display name on the form to something more donor-facing. For example, "Tribute Type" and "Name of Tribute."
Run a transaction report filtered by these custom fields' names (not the display name). Click each row in the report and manually add the tribute to the donation.
Report on Tributes

Tribute: The name of the tribute assigned to the transaction
Tribute Type: The type of tribute assigned to the transaction
