Bloomerang CRM Mobile App | Add and Manage Attachments

In the Bloomerang CRM mobile app, add attachments to interactions, notes, tasks, and donations. You can add these types of attachments:

File Attachment Storage

Bloomerang CRM offers at least 10GB of storage space. Larger databases have more storage. Attachments and custom profile pictures count toward the storage limit. For pricing plans, see the Bloomerang pricing sheet.

If you go over your data limit:

  • Remove file attachments. If a file is attached to more than one item, you must remove it from each item to create more storage space.

Add Attachments

Add attachments when you first create interactions, notes, tasks, and donations. Or, add attachments later.

Note: You cannot add attachments to donations if the payment method is Tap to Pay.

To add attachments to existing interactions, notes, tasks, and donations:

  1. In the Bloomerang CRM mobile app, tap Constituents.

  2. Enter the constituent’s name.

  3. Tap Search.

  4. Tap the constituent’s name.

  5. On the timeline, tap the interaction, note, task, or donation.

  6. Tap the Edit pencil icon.

  7. Tap Add Attachment.

  8. Tap Add File or Link to Web.

  9. To attach an image:

    1. Tap Add Attachment.

    2. Tap Add File

    3. Tap a .JPG or .PNG from your device’s photo roll.

    4. To edit the Display Name, tap the image and then tap Edit.

    5. Tap Save.

  10. To attach a website link:

    1. Tap Add Attachment.

    2. Tap Link to Web.

    3. Enter the Web Address (URL) and the Display Name.

    4. Tap Save.

  11. Tap the Save checkmark at the upper right. The attachment changes appear.

On a constituent's timeline, a paperclip icon identifies interactions, notes, tasks, and donations that have an attachment.

View, Edit, or Delete Attachments

To view, edit, or delete attachments:

  1. In the Bloomerang CRM mobile app, tap Constituents.

  2. Enter the constituent’s name.

  3. Tap Search.

  4. Tap the constituent’s name.

  5. On the timeline, tap the task, interaction, note, or donation.

  6. Tap the attachment.

  7. To view the attachment, tap View.

  8. To edit the display name:

    1. Tap Edit.

    2. Tap the Display Name and then tap the X symbol.

    3. Enter a new Display Name.

    4. Tap Save.

  9. To remove the attachment, tap Remove > Yes.
