Use notes for constituent information that doesn’t fit into your normal data tracking fields. For example, add a note about an award or life event. Notes help you stay current with your constituent's life, needs, and interests.

Add Notes
To add a note:
In the Bloomerang CRM mobile app, tap the action button
.
Tap Timeline Entry.
Tap Note.
Enter the constituent’s name and tap Search.
Tap the constituent’s name to open the constituent’s profile.
Select the Date.
To manually enter a note, tap in the Notes box and type.
To dictate a voice-to-text note:
(Optional) If you have custom field options, select custom field options.
(Optional) To add an image attachment:
Tap Add Attachment.
Tap Add File
Tap a .JPG or .PNG that is 10MB or less in size.
(Optional) To add a website link:
Tap Add Attachment.
Tap Link to Web.
Enter the Web Address (the URL) and the Display Name.
Tap Save. The note appears on the constituent’s timeline.
View, Edit, or Delete Notes
To view, edit, or delete a note:
In the Bloomerang CRM mobile app, search for the constituent.
Tap the constituent’s name.
On the timeline, tap the note.
To edit or delete the note, tap the Edit Note pencil icon at the top right.
To delete the note, go to the end of the note and tap Delete.
Tap the Save check mark at the top right.
View, Edit, or Remove Note Attachments
To view, edit, or delete an attachments in notes:
In the Bloomerang CRM mobile app, tap Constituents.
Search for the constituent.
Tap the constituent’s name.
On the timeline, tap the note.
Tap the attachment.
To view the attachment, tap View.
To change the display name:
To remove the attachment, tap Remove > Yes.
