After you set up the Mailchimp integration, you can later change the integration settings.
You can add, edit and delete mapping rules. You can also select a different Mailchimp audience.
Note: As of September 26, 2024, an enhanced Mailchimp integration is available in Bloomerang CRM. This article describes how the enhanced integration works. If you set up the Mailchimp integration before that date, and you haven't yet upgraded to the enhanced integration, read Mailchimp Basics (Edit the Legacy Integration) to manage your legacy integration.

View the Mailchimp Integration Settings
Click Settings.
Click Integrations.
Click Integrated Partners.
Click Settings.
In the Email section, select Go to Mailchimp.
Add Mapping Rules
Add as many mapping rules as you need. In each mapping rule, you can select one Bloomerang CRM field and one Mailchimp field.
Each field can appear in only one mapping rule. For example, if you include the Board Members group in a mapping rule, you can’t add that group to another mapping rule. You can always delete mapping rules.
To add a mapping rule:
From the Mapping Type drop-down list, select a mapping type:
Bloomerang CRM Group to Mailchimp Tag
Bloomerang CRM Email Interest to Mailchimp Group
If you selected Bloomerang CRM Group to Mailchimp Tag:
If you selected Bloomerang CRM Email Interest to Mailchimp Group:
Select an Email Interest that appears in Bloomerang CRM.
Select a Group that appears in Mailchimp.
To add more mappings, click Add New.
Click Save and Sync.
Edit or Delete Mapping Rules
To edit or delete a mapping rule:
To edit a mapping rule, select a new Mapping Type, Bloomerang Field, or Mailchimp Field.
To delete a mapping rule, click Delete next to that mapping rule.
Edit the Mailchimp Audience
In Mailchimp, an audience is your collection of contacts. If you have only one audience in Mailchimp, Bloomerang CRM uses that audience by default.
If you have multiple audiences configured in Mailchimp, you can select a different audience in Bloomerang CRM.
Note: If you archive an audience in Mailchimp with contacts that were synced from Bloomerang CRM, the constituents will be opted out of receiving email in Bloomerang CRM. Move your contacts to a new audience in Mailchimp before archiving to ensure they are not opted out in Bloomerang CRM.
To select a different Mailchimp audience:
Click Edit.
Select a Mailchimp Audience.
Click Continue.
