If you purchase DonorSearch ProspectView, you can view publicly-available wealth information for your individual constituents on the DonorSearch website. With ProspectView, DonorSearch data isn’t imported to Bloomerang CRM.

How It Works

In Bloomerang CRM, each constituent account has a View in DonorSearch button that opens their DonorSearch profile. When you click that button, DonorSearch uses the following information from Bloomerang CRM to give you the most accurate results:

  • Constituents who aren’t in a household: Constituent’s name.

  • Households with only two members: Both household member’s names.

  • Households with three or more members: Head of household's name. If the head of household has a spousal relationship, the spouse’s name is also sent. The spouse must be marked with a Spouse, Wife, or Husband relationship in Bloomerang CRM.

To be screened, your constituents must have a first name, last name, and a U.S. address in Bloomerang CRM that match a public record found by DonorSearch.

View Wealth Information with DonorSearch ProspectView

To view wealth information with DonorSearch ProspectView:

  1. In Bloomerang CRM, go to a constituent’s profile.

  2. Click View in DonorSearch. The constituent’s profile opens on the DonorSearch website.

Data Updates

To get up-to-date data, click Refresh Data in DonorSearch. The results are not imported into Bloomerang CRM.

For new constituents, DonorSearch ProspectView data updates happen within 24 hours.
