DonorSearch data is available for constituents screened by DonorSearch. To be screened, the constituent’s first name, last name, and a U.S. address in Bloomerang CRM must match a public record found by DonorSearch.

In Bloomerang CRM, constituents scanned by DonorSearch have one of these generosity scores: Cold, Cool, Warm, Hot, or On Fire. When you go to a constituent profile, this score appears on the Generosity tile.

The generosity score corresponds to the overall DonorSearch rating for a constituent. This unique score takes into account a wide array of information, such as wealth markers, real estate holdings, and philanthropic history, in order to deliver a quality indicator of potential giving.

The Generosity tile is also how you connect to wealth prospecting data from DonorSearch.

If you order DonorSearch Batch Screen, you can go to a screened constituent’s profile in Bloomerang CRM and view 13 wealth markers imported from DonorSearch. You can also click to open the constituent’s complete profile on the DonorSearch website.

In reports, include built-in DonorSearch filters and columns to capture these wealth markers, which streamlines your prospect research.
