Quickly call, text, or email a constituent when you:

  • View a constituent’s profile

  • Tap a task on the Tasks page or constituent profile

  • Tap a first-time donor from the Donor Calls list on the Home page

Call, Text, or Email from a Constituent Profile

To call, text, or email from a constituent’s profile:

  1. Tap Profile.

  2. Tap the Quick Communication button. The button shows you how the constituent prefers to be contacted, which is based on their preferred channel and whether they have a primary phone number or valid primary email address.

  1. Tap the Text, Phone, or Email button.

Call, Text, or Email from a Task

To call, text, or email from a task:

  1. Do one of the following:

  2. Tap a task.

  3. Tap the Quick Communication button. The Channel selected for that task determines whether a phone, text, or email option appears.

  4. To create an interaction after you contact the constituent, tap Yes when prompted.

Call, Text, or Email a First-Time Donor

To call, text, or email a first-time donor:

  1. On the Home page, go to the Donor Calls section.

  2. Tap a constituent.

  3. Tap Call Constituent.
