To call, text, or email from a constituent’s profile:
Tap Profile.
Tap the Quick Communication button. The button shows you how the constituent prefers to be contacted, which is based on their preferred channel and whether they have a primary phone number or valid primary email address.
Call, Text, or Email from a Task
To call, text, or email from a task:
Do one of the following:
Tap Tasks.
Go to the constituent’s account and tap Timeline.
Tap a task.
Tap the Quick Communication button. The Channel selected for that task determines whether a phone, text, or email option appears.
To create an interaction after you contact the constituent, tap Yes when prompted.
