Bloomerang CRM Mobile App | Find and View Constituents

In the Bloomerang CRM mobile app, you can search for and view constituents.

Find and View Constituents

To find and view a constituent:

  1. Tap Constituents mobile_constituents_icon.png.

  2. In the Search Constituents text box, enter the constituent’s partial or full name, address, email address, or employer. Or, enter the exact account number.

  3. Tap Search.

  4. To open a constituent’s account, tap it. View information on the Timeline and Profile tabs.

View Timeline Information

On the Timeline tab, view this constituent information:

  • Giving totals — Total (lifetime), year to date, and latest

  • Giving summary graph — Revenue transactions and raised transactions for the last five years

  • Timeline entries — Donations, payments, interactions, notes, and tasks

Giving information on the Timeline tab

View Profile Information

On the Profile tab, view this constituent information:

  • Basic information — Name, gender, birthday, employer, and job title

  • Household — Which household this constituent belongs to

  • Relationships — What relationships this constituent has with other constituents

  • Groups — Which groups this constituent belongs to. To view more than six groups, tap View All.

  • Memberships — If the constituent is a current or lapsed member of a membership program, the Memberships section appears. Tap Memberships to see the membership program, level, renewal date, and status. If the membership is current but has an end date, the renewal date is empty. Canceled memberships don’t appear on constituent profiles.

    To create or manage memberships, use the Bloomerang CRM web app.

  • Communication preferences — Preferred channel (email, mail, phone, or text message) and restrictions (do not call, do not mail, and do not solicit)

  • Contact information — Phone, email, addresses

  • Social media — Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and a website. Social media profiles open in the associated social media app on your device if that app is installed. Otherwise, profiles open in a web browser.
