Insert a Template into an Email

To insert a template into an email, do the following:

  1. Do one of the following:

    1. At the organization level, click Volunteers.

    2. At the opportunity level, click Volunteer List .

  2. On the volunteer list, select one or more recipients.

  3. Click Take Action .

  4. Hover over Send, then click Message.

  5. On the Send Message screen, click Select a Template.

  6. In the Template Library, click a template to select it.

  7. (Optional) To preview a template, click Take Action, then click Preview. On the Preview, you can select Desktop, Tablet, or Mobile to see how the template will appear on each type of device. Click Done to close the Preview.

  8. Click Use Template to insert the content of the template into your email.
