Bloomerang Fundraising (formerly Qgiv) is a fundraising platform that offers online forms, peer-to-peer fundraising, text-to-give, and auctions. In Bloomerang Fundraising, you can create events, accept registrations and donations online, and allow participants to raise funds. You can export Bloomerang Fundraising financial data to Bloomerang CRM so your constituents are credited with their donations and their engagement scores are accurate.

Getting Started
To learn how to integrate Bloomerang CRM and Bloomerang Fundraising, create forms and events, and set up how Bloomerang Fundraising information imports into Bloomerang CRM, read this Bloomerang Fundraising Support article.
Note: If your organization joined the Bloomerang Giving Platform on or after July 23, 2026 with both Bloomerang CRM and Bloomerang Fundraising, your platform connection is already active. You don’t need to complete the setup steps in this article.
To confirm whether your platform connection is already active:
In Bloomerang CRM, go to My Profile, and then confirm whether you have an API key for the platform connection.
In Bloomerang CRM, go to Settings and then Integrations. The Giving Platform tab shows your platform connection status with Bloomerang Fundraising and Bloomerang Volunteer.
In Bloomerang Fundraising, go to Integrations.
If your Bloomerang CRM and Bloomerang Fundraising accounts aren’t already connected, connect them with your Bloomerang CRM API key:
In Bloomerang CRM, click the profile icon. The icon shows the first letter of the username for the account.

Select My Profile to go to the User Settings page.
Locate your API keys in the API Keys v2.0 section.
Click the API key to copy it to your clipboard.
Follow the instructions in the Bloomerang Fundraising article to continue setting up the integration.
For more information, or to generate a new API key if you don’t already have one, read Generating and Deactivate Private API Keys.
Map Bloomerang Fundraising Values to Bloomerang CRM
To export information from Bloomerang Fundraising to Bloomerang CRM, you must map Bloomerang Fundraising values to Bloomerang CRM values.
This data automatically exports from Bloomerang Fundraising:
Constituent data, including name, address, contact information, and communication opt-out status
Transaction data, including date, gift amount, payment method, fair market value (if applicable), and dedication information (if applicable)
Recurring schedule data, including the start and end dates, recurring frequency, amount, and the URL of the Bloomerang Fundraising Recurring Details page
Information from Bloomerang Fundraising forms, events, and transactions maps to Bloomerang CRM funds, campaigns, and appeals. You can set up additional mappings beyond the defaults, or create custom fields in Bloomerang CRM to handle other Bloomerang Fundraising data, such as custom form questions. We don’t recommend setting up more complex mapping than this, or creating mapping restrictions.
For more information about Bloomerang CRM funds, campaigns, and appeals, read Fund, Campaign, and Appeal Basics.
Bloomerang Fundraising Transactions in Bloomerang CRM
Donations in Bloomerang Fundraising can be exported to Bloomerang CRM automatically or on demand. Transactions that are exported from Bloomerang Fundraising to CRM appear on the constituent's Bloomerang CRM timeline as transactions.
Note: Transaction data only flows from Bloomerang Fundraising to Bloomerang CRM when the export runs. If you export a transaction to Bloomerang CRM, then change it in Bloomerang Fundraising, the change will not be sent to Bloomerang CRM until the next export.
Warning: Bloomerang CRM does not export transaction data to Bloomerang Fundraising. If you change a transaction in Bloomerang CRM, the same transaction in Bloomerang Fundraising does not automatically change.
If you mapped the fund, campaign, and appeal to their corresponding values in Bloomerang CRM, these are populated in the Bloomerang CRM donation. The donation also includes a link to the Bloomerang Fundraising transaction. Donations made to peer-to-peer fundraisers are soft credited to the fundraiser.
Bloomerang Fundraising users can also manually sync event registration information from Bloomerang Fundraising to Bloomerang CRM. Unlike donation information, event registrations appear as interactions on a constituent's timeline.
Refund Bloomerang Fundraising Transactions

To refund a Bloomerang Fundraising transaction, click the Processed by Bloomerang Fundraising link in the donation record, then use the Refund or Void options available for the transaction in Bloomerang Fundraising. The refund appears in Bloomerang CRM.
