Log Out

To log out of Bloomerang CRM, click your profile icon and then click Log Out.

Note: Your profile icon shows the first letter of the account name, not your username.

When you log out of one Bloomerang application, you are automatically logged out of any other Bloomerang applications that you are logged into with single sign-on.

For your security, Bloomerang CRM automatically logs you out 12 hours after you log in or after 3 hours of inactivity. This does not automatically log you out of other Bloomerang products.

If you are logged into multiple Bloomerang apps with single sign-on, you will not be automatically logged out of any of them due to inactivity as long as you are actively working in one of them.

Switch Between Bloomerang Applications

To go to Bloomerang Volunteer or Bloomerang Fundraising (formerly Qgiv) directly from Bloomerang CRM, click Apps .

Bloomerang uses single sign-on to simplify the login process. When you log in to one Bloomerang application and then log in to a different one, you can choose to link your accounts between the two apps. If you do this, you do not need to log in again when you switch between those apps in the future.
