Notifications communicate important information to you. Release notifications appear as pop-ups. Other notifications are in the notification list.
Interact with Notifications
To open the notification list, click the Notifications icon . By default, new notifications appear first.
When you have one or more notifications, a red dot appears on the Notifications icon. Click a notification to see more details. To hide a notification, click Hide. To see all hidden notifications, click Hidden.
Notifications appear when your organization has:
Payment Failures: An automatically processing credit card fails for a pledge or recurring donation payment. Standard users do not get payment failure notifications.
Possible Duplicate Constituents: Bloomerang CRM identifies multiple accounts for the same individual or organization. Users without access to data tools do not get these notifications.
Note: When you resolve payment failures or potential duplicates, notifications for the failures or duplicates are removed automatically.
