For your security, Bloomerang CRM automatically ends your working session after a certain amount of time.
Idle for 3 hours — If you’re idle for 3 hours, Bloomerang CRM logs you out. Idle means you’re not actively working in the Bloomerang CRM web application. One minute before this happens, you'll see a message that says, "You're about to be logged out." Click Stay Logged In to reset the 3-hour timer.
Working for 12 hours — If you're actively working in the Bloomerang CRM web application, Bloomerang CRM logs you out 12 hours after you log in.
If Bloomerang logs you out, you’ll see a message that explains why your session expired. To resume your work, you can log in again immediately.
These timers help reduce the risk of unauthorized data access, so you can’t change or turn off the timers.
Tip: If you are logged in to multiple Bloomerang apps with single sign-on, you will not be automatically logged out of any of them due to inactivity as long as you are actively working in one of them.
