Edit Administrative Settings for Letters

To edit the administrative settings for a letter:

  1. Click Communications.

  2. Click Letters.

  3. Click the letter.

  4. Click Details.

  5. Edit any of these settings:

  • Name — This name helps you manage your letters in Bloomerang CRM. Recipients don’t see this name.

  • Create One Letter Per — How you group letters. Create one letter per transaction or interaction, or group letters by constituent or household.

  • Allow Blank Merge Fields — If you select this option, Bloomerang CRM doesn’t skip constituents because of blank merge fields.

  • Allow Bad, Incomplete, or Missing Addresses — If you select this option, Bloomerang CRM doesn’t skip constituents because of bad, incomplete, or missing addresses.
