Giving statements automatically include your organization’s name and address. You can also customize some parts of your giving statement:
Upload your logo. The file must be a .PNG, .JPG, or .JPEG file that is 10 MB or less in size.
Enter or update your Employer Identification Number (EIN). This is a nine-digit number that the IRS assigns to your organization for tax purposes.
Include or exclude soft credits and volunteer hours. This option is on by default. If you turn it off, the Indirect Donations and Volunteer Hours sections don’t appear on giving statements.
This article explains how to customize giving statements. To learn what information appears in giving statements, read About Year-End Giving Statements (Tax Summaries). To learn how to send giving statements in emails or letters, read Email Year-End Giving Statements and Mail Year-End Tax Receipt Letters.
